Mechanism of action
Described in the literature as penetrating the nuclear compartment of neuronal cells and interacting with regulatory DNA sequences, modulating expression of antioxidant and anti-apoptotic genes under hypoxic stress in culture models.

Laboratory handling
Reconstitution
Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening to prevent condensation on the lyophilized cake. Add sterile or bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner wall of the vial, then let the powder dissolve without agitation; swirl gently if needed. Do not shake or vortex — shear forces denature peptide secondary structure and cause foaming that traps material on the stopper.
Stability
As a sealed lyophilized powder the material is stable for extended periods at -20 °C when kept desiccated and protected from light. Once in solution, stability shortens considerably: aqueous stocks are normally held at 2-8 °C for short term work or aliquoted and frozen for longer storage. Repeated freeze-thaw cycling is the most common cause of measurable potency loss.
Packaging
Single sequence per vial, sealed under inert gas in USP Type I borosilicate glass with a butyl rubber stopper and crimped aluminium overseal. Each vial carries a printed PRIMEGEN LABS label with product name, strength, lot number, manufacture and retest dates, storage temperature and a QR code linking to the lot record. Vials ship in a rigid foam insert inside a protective mailer at ambient temperature.
