No. All compounds are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research and are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.

How do I access the certificate of analysis for my lot?

Each vial carries a lot number printed on the label. Enter it in the COA lookup at checkout confirmation, or request the full analytical package from our support team.

How should compounds be stored on arrival?

Accepted Answer

Keep lyophilized material at -20°C, protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2-8°C and use within the window listed on the product datasheet.

What is your reshipment policy?

Accepted Answer

If a package is lost, delayed beyond 30 days, or arrives damaged, we reship at no cost. Simply contact support with your order number and photographs of the packaging.

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

No. We ship within the United States only. Orders with an international delivery address, freight forwarder, or reshipping service cannot be accepted.
