Support is handled by people who work with the analytical documentation directly, so questions about a specific lot, a chromatogram, a mass spectrum or a net peptide content figure can be answered without being escalated through a general enquiries queue. Requests for raw analytical files, quotations for multiple strengths, institutional purchasing arrangements and repeat supply for multi-month studies all come through the same route.

For order questions, quoting the order reference and the compound involved shortens the exchange considerably. For analytical questions, naming the compound, the fill weight and the certificate you are looking at lets us pull the correct lot record first time.

We cannot advise on dosing, administration, or any use of these materials in humans or animals, and requests of that kind are declined rather than answered informally. Every compound supplied is a laboratory research chemical with no approval for human or veterinary use. Questions about experimental design in valid in vitro or laboratory contexts, about analytical methodology, and about handling and storage are all fair game.

Shipping is United States only and orders are dispatched directly from our Chase City, Virginia facility. Research materials are non-returnable once dispatched; damaged shipments and any discrepancy between a vial and its certificate are resolved directly and quickly.
