Shipping information

Fulfillment Timing

  • In-stock compounds are picked and verified against lot records before dispatch.
  • Total door-to-door time is typically 10–12 business days from purchase, including verification, dispatch, and carrier transit.
  • You receive an email confirmation at purchase and a second email with tracking the moment the parcel is dispatched.

In-Stock Limitations

  • Inventory is lot based. A specific strength can sell out between the moment you view it and the moment your order is verified.
  • If a lot is unavailable, we hold the order, contact you, and offer an equivalent lot, a substitution, or a full refund of that line.
  • Compounds marked Low stock ship from the final lot on hand and may take an extra business day to release.
  • Compounds marked Backorder are released against the next incoming lot, which can add roughly 5–7 business days.

What the $5.99 Fee Covers

  • A single flat $5.99 charge per order, regardless of how many vials are in the cart.
  • Protective laboratory packing materials, discreet outer packaging, and the packing manifest check.
  • Carrier handling and a tracked domestic service with scan visibility from dispatch to delivery.
  • Orders of $200 or more after volume discounts ship free, and the $5.99 charge is removed automatically in the cart.

United States Only

  • Every order ships directly from our US facility in Chase City, Virginia.
  • We ship exclusively within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories served by our carrier.
  • We do not ship internationally and cannot accept orders with a non-US delivery address.
  • Freight forwarders and international reshipping services are not supported and those orders are refunded.
  • PO Box delivery may be restricted depending on the carrier assigned to your parcel.

Address Accuracy

  • Your shipping address is collected on the secure payment page and locked to the order at that point.
  • Please confirm the address is accurate before completing payment. Changes after dispatch are not possible.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
