The site uses functional browser storage to keep your cart, comparison list, and recently viewed compounds between visits, plus aggregate analytics to understand which catalogue pages are used.
You can clear this data at any time from your browser settings. Disabling functional storage may reset your cart between visits.
Order data is shared only with the providers needed to complete a shipment or payment — carriers, payment processors, and our analytical testing partner for lot documentation. Each is bound to use the data solely for that purpose.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect against fraud or misuse of the site.

This site is intended for qualified researchers and professional buyers. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this policy as our operations or legal obligations change. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the last updated date above always reflects the most recent revision.
Order records — the compounds, quantities, lot codes, delivery address and payment reference associated with a purchase — are retained for as long as we are required to keep commercial and quality records, because a lot must remain traceable to the shipments it went into long after the order itself is closed. Support correspondence is kept for a shorter period, sufficient to resolve follow-up questions about an order and to improve our documentation.
Payment card details are never stored by us and never pass through our own systems. Checkout is handled by a hosted payment processor, which returns only a transaction reference and the billing and delivery details required to fulfil and document the order. Account access, where you create one, is authenticated by our backend provider rather than by credentials we hold in plain form.
Access to order and researcher information inside the business is limited to the people fulfilling, documenting and supporting orders. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, stored in access-controlled systems, and not used to build advertising profiles. No security posture is absolute, and where an incident affects personal information we will notify affected researchers in line with the obligations that apply to us.
Research orders are handled with deliberate restraint outside our own systems. Shipments carry no compound names, no branding that describes the contents, and no marketing inserts — only the address label, the protective packaging and the documentation needed to identify the parcel. The billing descriptor on a card statement is similarly plain and does not itemise what was purchased.
Certificates are issued digitally against the lot rather than enclosed, which keeps the paperwork retrievable without tying it to a physical parcel. Email correspondence about an order uses neutral subject lines, and we do not disclose the existence or contents of an order to anyone other than the purchaser without a lawful obligation to do so.
Newsletter and batch-release notifications are opt in, sent only to addresses that have actively subscribed, and can be ended from any message. Subscribing is never a condition of ordering, and unsubscribing does not affect order or support communications, which are transactional rather than promotional.
The information handled here is scoped to what a documented shipment requires: who the material is going to, where it is going, which lots left the facility, and how to reach the recipient if a certificate or a delivery question needs resolving. There is no advertising profile behind the catalogue, no cross-site tracking of browsing behaviour, and no sale or sharing of personal information for behavioural advertising. Cart contents, comparison lists and recently viewed compounds are held in your own browser rather than attached to a marketing record.
Payment is the one area where deliberately less is held. Card details are captured by the payment processor on its own hosted page and never reach this site, so what is retained against an order is a processor reference and a status rather than an instrument number. Order descriptions are written generically at the payment step, which keeps compound names off the card statement while leaving the full itemisation available to you in your account and in the confirmation record.
Lot traceability is the one area where records are deliberately kept longer. Being able to connect a shipped vial back to its release documentation is what makes a certificate meaningful months after the fact, so order-to-lot associations are retained for that purpose even where the surrounding contact data is minimised.
