Research background

This is a matched two-vial research kit pairing the copper tripeptide GHK-Cu with BPC-157. It is supplied for dermal and matrix-remodelling protocols that require both compounds from lot matched inventory rather than as a premixed formulation.

Mechanism of action

Each vial retains the mechanism of its individual compound: GHK-Cu acts as a copper-delivery tripeptide influencing matrix synthesis and metalloproteinase balance, while BPC-157 is associated with VEGFR2-Akt-eNOS angiogenic signalling. The two are supplied separately so that concentrations can be varied independently.

Areas of scientific investigation

  • Combined matrix remodelling and angiogenesis models
  • Dermal fibroblast co-treatment studies
  • Copper-dependent enzyme research
  • Comparative single versus combined treatment design

Listed fields describe where this sequence appears in published in vitro and preclinical literature. They are not indications, applications, or claims of effect.

Laboratory handling

Reconstitution

Reconstitute each vial separately. Do not combine stocks: the chelating environment and pH optima differ, and GHK-Cu colour can obscure visual inspection of the second solution.

Stability

As a sealed lyophilized powder the material is stable for extended periods at -20 °C when kept desiccated and protected from light. Once in solution, stability shortens considerably: aqueous stocks are normally held at 2-8 °C for short term work or aliquoted and frozen for longer storage. Repeated freeze-thaw cycling is the most common cause of measurable potency loss.

Packaging

Single sequence per vial, sealed under inert gas in USP Type I borosilicate glass with a butyl rubber stopper and crimped aluminium overseal. Each vial carries a printed PRIMEGEN LABS label with product name, strength, lot number, manufacture and retest dates, storage temperature and a QR code linking to the lot record. Vials ship in a rigid foam insert inside a protective mailer at ambient temperature.
