What the copper-free configuration covers

This is the Wolverine Stack with the copper tripeptide removed: BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg, lot matched from the same release window. It suits protocols where free copper would interfere with the analytical readout, and protocols that only need the repair-signalling and cell-migration arms of the repair cascade.

Removing GHK-Cu also simplifies buffer selection. Chelating agents and reducing conditions that must be avoided around a copper complex are unrestricted here, which widens the range of usable assay chemistries.

  • BPC-157 10 mg — repair signalling reference sequence
  • TB-500 10 mg — actin regulation and cell migration
  • No copper complex — compatible with chelating and reducing buffers

Why lot matching matters in a multi-compound kit

When several sequences are studied in the same experimental series, each additional lot introduces its own purity figure, its own salt content and its own residual solvent profile. Those small differences compound: an unexplained shift in a downstream readout can come from the biology under study or simply from a different production batch entering the series mid-way.

PrimeGen kits are assembled from vials released in the same window, so the analytical baseline is fixed for the whole set. That makes the certificate data directly comparable across the kit and lets a laboratory attribute variance to the variables it actually intended to test.

Handling, storage and analytical documentation

Every vial in a PrimeGen kit ships as a lyophilized powder cake in a crimped, stoppered vial. Sealed vials are held at -20 °C, desiccated and shielded from light. Lyophilized material is ambient-stable across normal transit windows, so a kit that arrives at room temperature has not been compromised — move it to freezer storage on receipt and record the date.

Reconstitute against the vial wall with bacteriostatic or sterile diluent, swirl rather than shake, and hold reconstituted solution at 2–8 °C for a short working window. Mechanical shear, foaming and repeated freeze-thaw cycling are the three most common avoidable causes of drift between replicate runs.

Each lot in a kit is assayed in house by RP-HPLC and re-tested by an independent laboratory using HPLC and mass spectrometry. Purity is reported as area percent at the primary peak; identity is confirmed by observed mass against theoretical mass. Lot-matched certificates are published digitally and are not enclosed with the shipment.

Research use only

This kit is supplied strictly as a set of laboratory research chemicals for in vitro experimentation and analytical method development by qualified professionals. It is not a drug, dietary supplement, food or cosmetic, it has not been evaluated by any regulatory authority for safety or efficacy, and it must not be administered to humans or animals.

PrimeGen Co. is a United States distributor, not the manufacturer. Material is sourced from contract synthesis partners and released only after independent third-party verification of the specific lot supplied.

Wolverine Stack (Copper-Free) — frequently asked questions

What exactly is different from the standard Wolverine Stack?
Only the GHK-Cu vial is removed. The BPC-157 and TB-500 vials are the same catalog items at the same 10 mg strengths, drawn from the same release window.
Can I add GHK-Cu separately later?
Yes, GHK-Cu is available as an individual catalog item, though a separately purchased vial will carry its own lot and certificate rather than matching this kit's release window.
