What the Wolverine Stack covers

The Wolverine Stack is the most requested repair-research configuration we assemble: BPC-157 for connective tissue and epithelial repair signalling, TB-500 for actin sequestration and cell migration, and GHK-Cu as a copper-binding tripeptide studied in extracellular matrix remodeling, collagen synthesis and dermal research.

The three sequences act on different stages of the repair cascade — early signalling, cell mobilisation and matrix deposition — which is why they are so often examined as a set rather than in isolation. The 10 mg BPC-157 and TB-500 vials and the 50 mg GHK-Cu vial give a working quantity sufficient for an extended replicate series.

Working with a copper-bound tripeptide

GHK-Cu is a coordination complex rather than a simple peptide: the copper(II) ion is integral to the molecule and gives the reconstituted solution its characteristic blue tint. That colour is expected and is not a sign of contamination. Because free copper interferes with some colorimetric and fluorescence assays, laboratories running those readouts frequently prefer the copper-free configuration of this kit.

Avoid chelating buffers and strongly reducing conditions when handling GHK-Cu, and keep the reconstituted solution protected from prolonged light exposure. Where a protocol calls for quantitative work, calculate against net peptide content rather than the labelled gross vial weight.

Why lot matching matters in a multi-compound kit

When several sequences are studied in the same experimental series, each additional lot introduces its own purity figure, its own salt content and its own residual solvent profile. Those small differences compound: an unexplained shift in a downstream readout can come from the biology under study or simply from a different production batch entering the series mid-way.

Handling, storage and analytical documentation

Every vial in a PrimeGen kit ships as a lyophilized powder cake in a crimped, stoppered vial. Sealed vials are held at -20 °C, desiccated and shielded from light. Lyophilized material is ambient-stable across normal transit windows, so a kit that arrives at room temperature has not been compromised — move it to freezer storage on receipt and record the date.

Reconstitute against the vial wall with bacteriostatic or sterile diluent, swirl rather than shake, and hold reconstituted solution at 2–8 °C for a short working window. Mechanical shear, foaming and repeated freeze-thaw cycling are the three most common avoidable causes of drift between replicate runs.

Each lot in a kit is assayed in house by RP-HPLC and re-tested by an independent laboratory using HPLC and mass spectrometry. Purity is reported as area percent at the primary peak; identity is confirmed by observed mass against theoretical mass. Lot-matched certificates are published digitally and are not enclosed with the shipment.

Wolverine Stack — frequently asked questions

Why is the reconstituted GHK-Cu solution blue?
Because the copper(II) ion is part of the molecule. The blue tint is the expected appearance of a correctly reconstituted copper tripeptide complex and does not indicate contamination or degradation.
Should I choose the copper-free version instead?
Choose the copper-free configuration when free copper would interfere with your readout — several colorimetric and fluorescence assays are sensitive to it — or when your protocol only calls for the BPC-157 and TB-500 arms.
Are all three vials from the same release window?
Yes. Kits are assembled from lots released together so the certificate data stays directly comparable across the set.
