Documentation architecture
Documentation is only useful if the right document can be found in seconds. This page explains how ours is structured and the fastest route from a vial in your hand to the record that describes it.
Everything is reachable from one of three starting points, depending on what you already know.

Certificates are grouped by compound and indexed by lot within each compound. Each entry states the compound, the lot, the reported purity and the report date, and links to the document itself. Certificate files are served as supporting assets and are deliberately excluded from search indexing so that the compound and certificates pages remain the canonical, readable surfaces for that data.
Method explanations live in the Trust & Quality centre and the research library; lot-specific numbers live on compound and certificate pages. Keeping them apart means an explanation of HPLC does not need editing every time a new lot is released, and a lot figure is never buried inside an essay.
So the readable compound and certificates pages remain the canonical surfaces for that information. The documents themselves are accessible to anyone; they are simply not intended to be search results.
